Previous reviews outlined the outdoor spigot not working - it is actually still not working. Hence the house received a lot of sand in it.
The house layout is nice. Certainly needs some paint, correcting up in some places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no grievances about the property. We liked the price of this house and didn’t hope a whole ton.
